Just Found my Teen Titans Trading Cards
… I know I’m a geek what to do.
I just got home from a whole day of events. I really hate being a senior right now. I wish college was less complicated. I kinda wish I went to school in Asia, it makes more sense the way they handle these things. There is a simple application and then you go to the college of choice on the assigned day and take a test. If you score high enough you’re in, none of this mumbo jumbo with applicants and reccomendations. The US gov’t thinks their being nice and “giving” us a chance, but in reality its just more stress and more time. I hate to admit this, but I actually like being a student. I like giving my all to my studies and just focusing on what I have to do. I don’t like having to focus on these other expenses and items.
Not to say I’m going to miss high school or anything. I’m so ready for college. ;] Freedom, Love and New Adventures pretty sum up the things that excite me. Is it weird for me to be both scared and excited for college? It’s kinda like being bitten by a vampire (NOT A TWILIGHT REFERNCE)
I like being a student too…everything is so clear-cut. You’re expected to study hard, but you don’t have any real-world responsibilities. I can’t imagine being a full time um, career-woman?
I’m so scared/excited for college too :D
